Return and Refund Policy
For us it is very important that our customers are satisfied with the products they buy in our store. Therefore, we have reached the most favorable agreement with each distributor so that we can guarantee a smooth and positive return and exchange process.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How to proceed in each case:
If you have received a damaged product, please, send us photos of the product to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can start the process of returning the product. You will be able to choose whether to receive a new product or request a full refund, without any charges.
In the case of returning a product for reasons other than its integrity, you can also contact us through email@example.com to start the return process. In these cases, the consumer is subject to be responsible for shipping and handling fees. The consumer will receive a refund with a charge of 25% restocking fee, with some exceptions for some products that are eligible for a full refund for logistic reasons. If you would like to know whether or not the 25% restocking fee applies to your chosen product, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will answer you with great pleasure.
To cancel your purchase before receiving the product, you can do it for free if we didn't ship your product yet, which usually takes 24 hours. All those cancelled after being shipped, it will apply the same conditions that the case above, that is, 25% of restocking fee + shipping back cost.
